CO-IMPACT BRIDGE

See the value you already have.

You disclose every year. The work is genuinely being done. And yet the way the market describes you does not quite match what is happening inside. Co-Impact Bridge finds the value your company already holds but has never put into words, and translates it into language investors and others can act on. In about two months, you have a single document you can take straight into the boardroom.

About the service

A weak reputation does not always mean weak practice. More often, what is already being done has never been explained, or has never been connected to the strategy and the numbers. So the question we ask is not whether you are doing enough. It is whether you can explain it.

Read from what you already have
We start with your mid-term plan, annual securities report, earnings Q&A, and how third parties describe you — not with your sustainability website. The diagnosis is built entirely from these public materials. We’ll talk with your leadership in an initial meeting, but nothing said there factors into the findings.

A diagnostic report your leadership team can use in meetings
One page that maps how your company’s history connects to its business today (the Factor Map). How your company sees itself versus how others see it. The goals you’ve set in the past and what became of them. What you already have but haven’t yet talked about. And where your story still doesn’t hold together. Each point comes with supporting evidence and a way to check it internally. The report doesn’t end with recommendations. It ends with questions to help you decide what to say next, and how to say it.

Something to build on
The report works as the blueprint for an integrated or sustainability report, or as the starting point for revisiting your mid-term plan. Production and disclosure are handled together with our partners; putting it into practice continues with us.

FOR WHO?

The reports go out on time, yet inside the company no one can say how any of it connects to the business.

There is a real strength here, but it never shows up in how analysts, media or partners talk about you.

For large private companies, the audience is partners, talent and lenders rather than equity markets.

IMPACTS

Mid-term plan, securities report, earnings Q&A. Non-financial value only holds up when it is anchored there.

Your own words over time, set against how third parties actually describe you. No scoring, no ranking.

Short enough to reach the board meeting that matters, rather than the one after it.

What we ask for is the material you already have, a few interviews, and your confirmation of our draft.
