Since the adoption of the Paris Agreement in 2015, addressing climate change has evolved from a voluntary commitment into a critical prerequisite for corporate strategy. Transition Plan Development<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We develop decarbonization transition strategies using ACT (Accelerate Climate Transition)*, an internationally recognized methodology developed by the global environmental nonprofit CDP and France\u2019s environmental agency ADEME. The ACT Step by Step (ACT-S) program follows a five-step approach to transition planning: assessing the current state, identifying challenges, developing a vision, formulating a strategy, and developing an action plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
