About the service
ESG Maturity Assessment
A sector-based quantitative, qualitative evaluation of decarbonization management, planning and actions based on the ACT methodology.
From this assessment companies can understand which areas of their business operations need to be addressed to improve their ESG maturity. In addition to this stand-alone service, Codo Advisory offers a comprehensive consulting package (ACT-S) to improve this assessment including the initial maturity diagnosis as well as a structured consulting engagement to achieve greater ESG maturity through initial maturity analysis, vision setting, strategic analysis and action planning. Based upon the internationally recognized ACT Step-by-Step methodology, this service will also help a company to align their targets to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and prepare for TCFD/ISSB reporting. For more information, please see here: ACT Step by Step (ACT-S)
GHG Emissions Inventory and Analysis
Scope 1,2, and 3 emissions inventory calculation, carbon hotspot analysis, and emissions forecasting allow clients to set realistic emission reduction targets against industry benchmarks. Going beyond a simple inventory assessment, our ISO 14064 and/or GHG protocol based services provide insites into your company’s main emission sources and forecast your future emissions. Together, these services allow you to design targeted action plans for maximum effect.
Materiality Matrixing
Materiality, or relevance of a topic, is a critical component of identifying key action areas. It is determined by assessing the potential impacts of each risk area against the level of importance corporate stakeholders place upon them. Codo Advisory supports our clients by leveraging our sustainability and strategic expertise to identify the level of impact each area may have. Through stakeholder mapping, we identify the most critical stakeholders and determine the average level of importance placed upon each action area. The resulting matrix is invaluable for ESG reporting, CDP disclosure, and corporate strategic planning.
Who is this for?
– Companies who recognize the need for sustainable change but do not know where to start
– Companies looking for the next step after their GHG inventory
– Corporations who want to quickly understand their current situation before considering creating a climate plan
