Corporate Vision Setting

Our workshops employ a variety of creative methods (mind mapping, reverse brainstorming, role storming, etc. ) as well as our unique methodologies. Our vision setting workshops focus on the “ideal state” of the company in the future, derived from the core values of a corporation. By drawing a picture of the company’s future in which society and the environment has changed, it is possible to create a strong strategy that incorporates sustainability into the company’s management and investment strategies. GHG Target Setting
Set ambitious yet realistic science-based Scope 1, 2, and 3 targets aligned against industry-specific benchmarks developed from CDP, SBTi, and IEA data. Go beyond simply setting targets by visualizing their feasibility through forecasts of future GHG emissions, enboldening ambitious action.
SBTi Application Support
We support GHG calculation in preparation for SBTi application, aligned target setting, and advice on developing the required documents.
