Codo Advisory, Inc. hereby announces that the following changes to the Company’s executive team were resolved at the Shareholders’ Meeting and the Board of Directors Meeting held on February 24th, 2026.
These changes are part of the organizational restructuring associated with the share transfer disclosed on December 29th, 2025.
