About the service
Finance Sourcing Support
Codo Adviosry will gather relevant and applicable funding options from international and domestic sources to maximize your company’s ability to achieve sustainable action through sufficient financial support. Financing options may include loans, bonds, grants, subsidies, and/or tax credits.
Financing Application/ Issuance Support
We will provide support for your company in designing and applying for green financing/ debt instruments by selecting material KPIs and ambitious SPTs, ensure alignment of green projects, etc. Financing options we can help you assess and consider include: Green debt instruments (Green / Social/Sustainability Bonds; Sustainability Linked Loans/Bonds; Transition Bonds), Domestic Fund Applications (GX Fund, Green Innovation Fund, etc); International Funding Applications (Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Asian Development Bank Initiatives, etc)
Second Party Opinion (SPO) Support
Provide credibility for financing issuances through an unbiased opinion of the sustainability impacts of a green financing/debt instrument. Second Party Opinions (SPO) can be issued for broad Financing Frameworks from issuing institutions such as banks or lenders; individual or specific Green Debt Frameworks from borrowers before their initial issuance; and for annual reviews of issued individual/specific Green Debt Frameworks. Codo Advisory provides SPO for Sustainability Linked Loans (SLL), Sustainability Linked Bonds (SLB), Transition Bonds, Transition Loans, Green Loans, Green Bonds, and comprehensive frameworks therein. We provide both pre-issuance SPO assessing the alignment of the issuing framework, and post-issuance SPO assessing the adherance to the issued framework on a yearly basis.
