Codo’s support
Codo conducted a Climate Fresk workshop with the ebm-papst Japan branch in mid-April. The Climate Fresk is a 3-hour workshop based on the latest IPCC reports. It offers participants of all levels the opportunity to learn the fundamental science of climate change.
Guided by Codo’s professional facilitators, 11 participants from ebm-papst worked together to deepen their understanding of the causes and impacts of human activities on the environment.
Following the session, all participants expressed that their understanding of climate change has improved with the workshop. Using the Climate Fresk allowed the company to raise internal awareness of climate action by encouraging members to tackle climate change issues together.
A word from ebm-papst Japan:
“I was worried about the workshop because I had very little knowledge about climate change, but it was very easy to understand and fun to participate.”
“Very smoothly run. Great interest and participation from the team and a good reflection both on their impact in their daily work and private life. “
